Ms. Ha Thi Thuong – Administrative and Education Officer

Ms Thuong is currently an Administration and Education Officer at CED. Ms Thuong ensures the effective operation of CED, while also contributing to the development, design and management of the student scholarship and education programs that CED supports. She also organizes skill-building activities, programs and events for pupils and students in these programs.
Whilst at CED, Ms. Thuong has managed and implemented several scholarship projects in Vietnam. Notable nationwide projects include: The Merali Scholarship Program for female students enrolled in four and five-year hard science programs at selected Vietnamese universities, The Teillon – Ludlow Scholarship Program which enables young women from low-income, rural areas in Vietnam to study agriculture and information technology at university, The Merali Scholarship Program for young women studying at Vietnam’s National University of Civil Engineering, the Microsoft YouthSpark scholarship for talented female students majoring in ICT and Computer Sciences at university, and the Asia Foundation Scholarship for female secondary and high school students in An Giang, Can Tho, Dien Bien, Nam Dinh and Hau Giang.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in General Accounting from the National Economics University (2011) and a Bachelor’s in Foreign Language (Faculty of English) from the Hanoi Open University (2006).
