The Future Energy Scholarship Training was held on October 4, 2025, at the Electric Power University, with the participation of 23 students from various universities. The program focused on experiential learning activities, supporting students in enhancing self-awareness, developing teamwork skills, and shaping personal development goals for the next stage.

Within the framework of the training, students practiced the KWL (Know – Want – Learn) framework to review their existing knowledge, identify learning needs, and summarize outcomes achieved after the program. Through this activity, students not only gained a clearer understanding of their initial competencies in teamwork, communication, critical thinking, and self-awareness, but also proactively clarified the skills and capacities they aim to develop in the future.

After the training, students demonstrated clear progress in understanding and applying experiential learning tools, particularly the “Tree of Life” approach to analyzing internal and external resources, setting goals, and developing personal development plans. At the same time, they significantly improved their skills in questioning, problem analysis, presentation, and teamwork, thereby enhancing their confidence, multidimensional thinking, and proactive mindset toward creating positive change for themselves and their communities.

The training concluded with positive outcomes, showing that the program not only provided knowledge but also generated tangible impacts on students’ awareness and skills. Through experiential and reflective learning methods—especially the KWL framework and the “Tree of Life” activity—students gradually gained deeper self-understanding, identified their strengths and core values, and clarified their personal development directions.

Feedback from participants indicates that the program contributed to increased confidence, stronger teamwork capacity, enhanced critical thinking, and a proactive spirit for driving change. These outcomes form an important foundation for students to continue applying what they have learned in their studies, daily lives, and community activities, while reaffirming the significance of the training in supporting and developing the capacities of Future Energy Scholarship students.
