PhD. Đào Tuấn Hùng is a senior expert in the field of cybersecurity. He previously served as Director of Institute 10, Command 86, Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam, and has extensive experience in research and deployment of solutions for information security and national cyberspace protection, particularly in the context of digital transformation and the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0).

His areas of expertise include information security research; analysis and detection of cyber threats based on the MITRE ATT&CK framework; authentication and cryptographic solutions; and the application of machine learning in securing systems and network services. He regularly participates in scientific conferences and provides expert input on data protection strategies and responses to national-level cybersecurity challenges.

He is the author of numerous in-depth research publications in reputable scientific journals, including the Journal of Information Security, contributing significantly to both academic research quality and practical applications in the cybersecurity domain.

He earned his PhD in Information Technology from the Institute of Military Science and Technology (IMST) in 2018, and a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of New South Wales, Australia, during 2002–2004.
